Unused Parts and accessories can be returned within 30 days of invoice

Backorders will not be billed until the item ships

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee

No electrical components can be returned

Damage claims to be filed with delivering carrier

Shipments are F.O.B Nashville, TN

Prices are subject to change without notice

Warranties are in accordance with current manufacturers' policies

All returns must be accompanied with a return authorization number.

Return/Refund Policy

  1. Must call for return authorization # prior to any return
  2. Parts that have been installed are not eligible for return
  3. Electrical parts (computer boards, etc) out of original packaging and/or installed are not eligible for return
  4. 20% Restocking Fee applies on all returns
  5. No Freight Charges will be credited
  6. Credit will be issued back on credit card originally used to purchase item(s)
  7. Credits will be processed within 30 days of return
